DEFINITIONS
The following terms used in this Agreement shall have the meanings defined below:
WeBroker
A broker management software and service operated by Micro Integrated Semiconductor Systems Pvt. Ltd.
User
Any authorized individual using WeBroker, including:
- Broker Firm Owner
- Broker Firm Employees
Client
Any prospective buyer or tenant whose information is entered by a User and who receives property viewing links through WeBroker. Clients do not create accounts directly on WeBroker.
Property
Any sale or rental real-estate listing entered by Users, including all related information such as images, videos, descriptions, prices, locations, and ownership details.
Content
Includes all data, text, images, videos, property details, owner details, client details, schedules, notes, and other information uploaded or entered into WeBroker.
Account
A registered broker firm account or broker employee account approved for access to WeBroker.
PURPOSE OF WEBROKER
WeBroker is designed to help broker firms manage their real-estate business operations, including but not limited to:
ELIGIBILITY
To use WeBroker, you must meet the following eligibility requirements:
Minimum Age
Be at least 18 years of age.
Legal Authorization
Be legally authorized to act on behalf of a broker firm.
Lawful Use
Use WeBroker only for lawful business purposes.
By registering for or using WeBroker, you confirm that you meet these eligibility requirements.
ACCOUNT REGISTRATION AND ACCESS
4.1 Authorized Users
Only broker firm owners and authorized broker firm employees may register and access WeBroker.
4.2 Login Verification
WeBroker uses WhatsApp OTP (One-Time Password) verification for account authentication. Users must maintain active access to their registered mobile number.
4.3 Account Security
Users are solely responsible for:
Maintaining the confidentiality of login credentials.
Preventing unauthorized access to their devices/accounts.
All business activities conducted through their registered account.
Users must immediately notify WeBroker of any unauthorized access or suspected security breach.
PROPERTY INFORMATION & VERIFICATION
Users may upload and manage property details, documents, and media including property images, videos, pricing, locations, owner details, client details, and availability status parameters.
5.1 Verification Disclaimer
WeBroker acts solely as a technological database provider and does not independently verify, inspect, validate, or guarantee the following:
Verification of property details and documents must be performed manually by broker firms and their employees.
Users are solely responsible for ensuring the accuracy, truthfulness, and legality of all information entered into WeBroker.
CLIENT PROPERTY SHARING
Users may share property web links with clients through WeBroker.
Client Interactions & Access Rules
- Client Actions: Clients can view shared properties, mark them as liked, or mark them as disliked.
- No Account Required: Clients do not require separate login credentials to view shared property listings.
- Consent Obligation: Users are solely responsible for obtaining the necessary consent from clients before entering their mobile numbers or sharing property info.
ACCEPTABLE USE
To ensure safety and system reliability, all users agree NOT to engage in any of the following prohibited behaviors:
No Falsehoods
Upload false, misleading, or fraudulent information
No Misrepresentation
Misrepresent property ownership or brokerage authority
Lawful Use Only
Use WeBroker for any unlawful or unauthorized activities
Content Standards
Upload illegal, offensive, harmful, or infringing content
No Hacking
Attempt unauthorized access to other broker accounts
No Disruption
Interfere with, bypass, or disrupt WeBroker services
No Exploitation
Reverse engineer, copy, or exploit WeBroker software
USER CONTENT OWNERSHIP
Users retain full ownership of the intellectual property, details, documents, and media they upload.
WeBroker Content License
By uploading content, Users grant WeBroker a limited, non-exclusive, sublicensable, and royalty-free license to:

DATA COLLECTION AND PRIVACY
WeBroker collects and processes specific data types to deliver features and maintain account security:

- System usage activity logs
- WhatsApp operational data

- Security auditing & logs
WHATSAPP COMMUNICATIONS
By using WeBroker, you authorize WeBroker to send the following essential notifications through WhatsApp or other integrated communications channels:
Login OTP verification codes
Property-sharing client notifications
Service-related emergency alerts
General operational/feature updates
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All rights, titles, and interests in and to WeBroker are owned exclusively by Micro Integrated Semiconductor Systems Pvt. Ltd.
This includes but is not limited to: software code, styling, branding, logo assets, design layouts, features, databases, and proprietary backend technologies.
Users may not reproduce, copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer any part of WeBroker without prior written consent.
SERVICE AVAILABILITY
While WeBroker aims to provide extremely reliable and secure services, WeBroker does NOT guarantee:
Service interruptions may occur due to standard system maintenance, updates, features deployment, or unforeseen upstream network outages.

WeBroker is solely a software utility service. WeBroker does NOT guarantee or warrant:
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Legal Liability Exclusions
To the maximum extent permitted by law, WeBroker and Micro Integrated Semiconductor Systems Pvt. Ltd. shall not be held liable for:
Property/Ownership Disputes: Legal title claims or property condition arguments.
Pricing/Commission Disputes: Disagreements on pricing, deposits, or payouts.
User Fraud/Misrepresentation: Fraudulent actions or misleading information uploaded by users.
Data Loss or System Invasions: Unforeseen database leaks, hacks, or data corruption.
Business Damages: Lost revenue, business opportunities, or indirect damages.
Users assume full risk, legal liability, and business responsibility for all interactions and deals facilitated through WeBroker.
ACCOUNT SUSPENSION OR TERMINATION
WeBroker reserves the unilateral right to immediately suspend or permanently terminate any active account for:
- Violation of any part of these Terms and Conditions.
- Fraudulent, deceptive, or misleading actions/listings.
- System abuse, data harvesting, or misuse of customer details.
- Critical system security concerns or threat detection.
- Compliance with legal directives or law enforcement orders.
CHANGES TO TERMS
WeBroker reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time.
